It depends on your product price and your profit margin.

Do you follow brand briefs?
Yes to talking points. No to approvals. Send me your key points. I will read every word. But I do not send drafts. I do not re-film after brand notes. The video goes straight from my camera to my audience. Here is why: when brands edit videos, the videos feel like ads. Ads do not sell on TikTok Shop. Every number on this page comes from working this way.
What if it doesn't sell?
On commission deals, you risk only one product sample. I carry all the other risk. I do not stop after one video. I test different openings and styles. Some products need three videos before one becomes a top seller. My biggest winner took more than 200 videos across two years. If a product does not fit my audience, I will tell you directly. That saves time for both of us.
What does a retainer cost?
Pricing is per video, paid upfront. We agree on the video count before we start:
- $1,000 per video minimum
- 10 videos — $9,000 (save $1,000)
- 15 videos — $13,500 (save $1,500)
- 20 videos — $18,000 (save $2,000)
- Month to month — no long-term contract.

What does my retainer actually guarantee?
Your retainer buys a guaranteed number of review videos. We agree on the count before we start. I post them on both accounts, every month, on schedule.

How does the Exclusive tier work?
Exclusivity means I never promote your competitors. Complete health & wellness exclusivity starts at $50,000 per month, paid upfront:
- Category exclusivity — retainer + commission + performance bonuses. Price depends on the category.
- Example: you lock the collagen category. Then only your collagen appears on my accounts.
- Month to month. One brand per category — once a category is taken, it is closed.
Can we run your videos as ads?
Yes — through TikTok Spark Ads. I give you an authorization code. You can then boost any of my videos as an ad from my own handle. This works better than posting the video file on your brand account. You can also use my videos in your GMV Max campaigns. We agree on ad usage rights in each deal. If ad usage matters to you, say so in your inquiry. I will include it in the offer.
Our team is not based in the US — can we still work together?
Yes. Many of my partners run TikTok Shop US from outside the US. The process is simple. You ship the sample from your US warehouse. We agree on terms over email. For retainers, Hammad Media LLC sends you an invoice. It is a registered US company. You pay upfront by bank transfer. Commission-only deals need no payment setup at all. TikTok Shop pays my commission automatically.
