We use the information you choose to share to assess and respond to partnership inquiries. We do not sell your details or add you to a marketing list through this form.
What the form collects
Brand or agency, your name if supplied, email, product information, preferred partnership, and optional campaign details. Page source and campaign tags may be stored with the inquiry to understand where it came from. Please do not include financial account details, passwords, health records or other sensitive information.
How inquiry delivery works
When enabled, the inquiry service uses Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, Supabase for temporary delivery records, Notion for the Hammad Media CRM, and Resend for email notifications to contact@hammadmedia.com. These providers process data to deliver and manage the inquiry. Delivery retries help avoid lost inquiries.
Retention and contact
A pending inquiry is temporarily saved in this browser tab to support safe retries after a refresh. It is cleared after confirmed receipt or when you close the tab. A receipt reference without your inquiry details can display confirmation for 24 hours; its browser storage remains until the tab closes or another receipt replaces it. Completed delivery payloads and hashed rate-limit identifiers are cleared after a 30-day recovery period. Unresolved records remain available for review. Minimal receipt and delivery identifiers are retained to prevent duplicates and reconcile delivery. CRM and email records are retained while needed to manage the relationship and related business records. To request access, correction or deletion, email contact@hammadmedia.com.
Website analytics
With your permission, the live site uses Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions. It stays off until you allow it. Change your choice at any time using Analytics preferences in the footer. Your inquiry works whether you allow or decline analytics. Form names, email addresses and message text are not intentionally sent to Analytics. Browser or device settings may limit collection.
